What information do I need to provide for a warranty-related issue?

The information printed on the label of the SSD contains all the information necessary for a replacement. Three barcodes should be clearly marked. Be sure to provide either a capture of the label or the numbers provided beneath the barcode.

When will my SSD be replaced?

This will depend on how quickly a service representative receives the necessary information which you must provide. Usually, from a service or technical request to mailing out the SSD to receiving the replacement will take a week (subject to your location and shipping methods). Zen SSD will do everything possible to assure the comfort and convenience of our customers.
